Experience Unit 209 at Water’s Edge Resort

For years we rented one of the large houses on the beach for our family, parents, aunts and uncles, cousins, siblings, and friends. Each year for one week, we enjoyed the beach, sun and sand and everything Murrells Inlet and Garden City had to offer.  Some of the best restaurants were just a few miles from our location and early bird dinner at Gulf Stream Café was a favorite.

Our dream was to own a residence directly on the ocean with the same magnificent views we had as renters.   In August of 2023, that dream came true.  We were elated when the opportunity arose to purchase our own condo directly on the ocean and as a bonus, it had recently been updated with tasteful coastal décor.  We added the balcony furniture, did a little painting, replaced comforters and pictures and added some small kitchen appliances and cooking utensils. Our goal was to make our condo inviting, comfortable and affordable for our guests.
